The Red Dragons' first-team squad returned to the club this week as their pre-season campaign got underway. McClean has always prided himself on his fitness and staying in tip-top shape, and he certainly showed that on Friday versus his team-mates.

After the club posted a photo of the 35-year-old which said: "James McClean is your joint Yo-Yo (bleep) Test winner this year," the winger posted a clip of the energy-sapping exercise at Wrexham's training ground.
